August 2026

Site preparation is moving fast. Tree clearing and grubbing are underway across the field, with excavators working behind the construction fencing while the 1969 building still stands beyond the work area. The August Building Committee meeting was held on August 17; the meeting packet will be posted to the Meetings page.

The construction site

One site, carefully sequenced

The new school is being built on the existing 7.28-acre Killam site between Charles Street and Haverhill Street. After the new building opens, the 1969 building is removed and the site — fields, play areas and landscaping — is completed.

The final site plan review was completed in August 2025; the full drawing set and logistics plans are part of the project document archive.
